Just commit yourself to doing it.... Put yourself on a schedule. Get up at the same time and workout or run. If nothing else, get up, get on DailyMile and do it again! :-) For me the easiest way is to have a goal (ie. a specific race, distance, # of times a week, average pace). I find using Nike+ ESPECIALLY when getting back into it VERY helpful for setting those goals. The community here is good for giving you a hard time so you don't forget to get off your couch and run!! :-) I hope this helps!
