    Took a few miles to get warmed up, but overall, not a bad run. Last long run before my next half. Gotta work on that pace for the spring though. And now, a hot bath and wine.

    Still fighting off a cold. Went out for 10, but after 2, I felt so awful that I turned around and walked home. Those two were at an almost 16 minute mile pace. It wasn't going to happen.

    Quite far from a PR, but definitely the best ten miler I've had in a while. Faster than last year's Army Ten and seconds off from my run in 2012. It's nice to see improvement.
