Alice, I think it was hard just because I've been off my game all week. Fighting off something, but the rest is just making me grumpy. Felt much better after running. The week after a race is always so hard for me.

Take care of your knee. As I am sure you know, it's better to give up some of your training now than to try and run with a bum knee.
