great 90 min Hot Yoga 01:30
I was a bit fearful to try this class, but it was surprisingly good! 90 minutes of slow, stretching yoga postures, in a room of 105 degrees. You feel so refreshed after!

Ended my yoga challenge with a 75-min hot power fusion class. I am so happy I completed a week of yoga, I feel amazing!
