    I was a bit fearful to try this class, but it was surprisingly good! 90 minutes of slow, stretching yoga postures, in a room of 105 degrees. You feel so refreshed after!

    Didnt want to push my back too hard, so I did sculpt yoga today without weights and skipped the twists. Felt good to be able to do something!
