It was soooo cold & windy, and I was not prepared for that with the clothes I packed....therefore, only 2 miles. Oh well, Thurs should be better. :)

Getting back in the groove. Ran what I could, mixed up with speed walking. Did 3 miles last week, all walked. Am working back up to working out 3-4 times a week. Goals for this year coming soon.
