    the lunges sucked, but everything else flowed well... finally starting to move well again!

    On the minute for 10 minutes: 3 push press @ 135, 6 c2b pullups. I missed 2 rounds. Perhaps 135 was a poor choice.

    JT: 21-15-9 Handstand pushups, pushups, ring dips. Did the HSPU scaled to a yoga block for the first time... took forever (normally I anchor my feet on a rack or tall box). 22:15.

    Bottom-to-bottom tabata squats: score 13. ouch.

    Taught the 4, 2, 1 intervals WOD (and did it) in class today. Maintained at least 350 watts on each interval, with higher wattages for the shorter ones.
