4 rounds of 25 kb power swings @ 24kg, 15 pullups, 20 wall ball @ 18lbs, 10 kb snatch per arm @ 16kg, 1 suicide (10y, 20y, 30y, 20y, 10y). should have been able to finish but time was called before I got to the last suicide. meh.
