      great pace. I find it harder with the cold temps to keep up my pace. My legs feel stiff. Maybe I need a warmup stretch.

    Ran to the Bull Run Park campground and back. Nice soft snow to run on, not slippery at all. Quite cold -> makes the coffee taste all the better afterwards :)

      There are actually 4 crossings; the one near Bull Run park/behind the rest area, the one at Sudley, then the two smaller ones you have to cross to avoid the posted property. It was the fist of the two smaller ones that was frozen over. Hopefully you will be up to running this route soon.
