    My right ankle was sore and my left shin hurt. New aches and pains. Ice and ibuprofen tonight; rest tomorrow. The aches and pains made the run difficult for me.

    Had acupuncture and injections on my neck today. Told by neurologist not to run today, so I walked 2 miles on the McCallum HS track while my running group did a speed workout. Bummer!
