    Aside from Physical Therapy for my SI joint sprain, this was my first re-entry into exercise. Felt good until I felt a pinched nerve afterward in my right shoulder/neck.

    No-frills local pool but it does the job for $5 a swim. Reenergized me and started my day off great. :)
