After 10 days off nursing a sore calf, was back at it yesterday with an easy 6 miler...No problems!!! Felt good!

Thanks guys!! Upped it to 7.5 today and hills today, It's hard to stay flat around here. Just a twinge on the downhill at 5 mi. but otherwise a good run......slow,easy.
