      Hill work on a sore calf your brave. Ed don't be shy adding friends on dailymile, it is a very friendly and supportive group of runners.

  9. After 10 days off nursing a sore calf, was back at it yesterday with an easy 6 miler...No problems!!! Felt good!

      Thanks guys!! Upped it to 7.5 today and hills today, It's hard to stay flat around here. Just a twinge on the downhill at 5 mi. but otherwise a good run......slow,easy.
