    Very early and very cold. Funny thing is that the temp during the run was downright balmy compared to the afternoon.

    I have no words to describe how cold this was. We had to modify the track workout so we ended up doing 800s to get them done quicker. I only did 4.

      We went from pierce mill to the stone bridge and back for a warm up. We went the other direction towards the Zoo for the bulk of the run.Sorry to have missed you!

    I have really been slacking on getting back in the pool. I took a 90 minute lesson with a coach last week so it was nice to go in and start working on all the skills I need to work on.
