Ran 2.0 miles and walked 1.0. I upped my pace for the run to 5.8mph, so that was good! I walked most of the last mile at 3.7-4.0 mph.

Snow in DC is really hindering my workouts! I can't get to work or the gym. I am getting a workout shoveling and sledding though, so I guess there's an upside. It's fun though!
