    Ran 2 miles at this new pace! It's fast for me! Walked one mile at a fast speed (3.5mph-4.0mph). felt pretty good, just wish I could build up some endurance!

    Ran 2.0 miles and walked 1.0. I upped my pace for the run to 5.8mph, so that was good! I walked most of the last mile at 3.7-4.0 mph.

    It went great! I ran two miles all at once at my increased pace. I can't wait to build some more distance endurance. After the run I walked 1/2 a mile at a 4mph pace. Felt great!

  13. Never been so excited to get back to work! I can work from an office, wear real pants and work out (FINALLY) in the gym after work! Yay! :-)

  14. Snow in DC is really hindering my workouts! I can't get to work or the gym. I am getting a workout shoveling and sledding though, so I guess there's an upside. It's fun though!

      I know what you mean, since I wasn't able to run all weekend. I'm at work today though and have a treadmill at the office. :)

      I think I like your walk to happy hour last week better than a run on a treadmill. It is all exercise!
