This was my first run of 2012, and I've been mia so long that I can't remember the last time I did run in 2011. In any case, it felt good to get out and get the legs going. I didn't know how I'd feel after not having run in so long. The plan was to do a 4 Mile Loop around the outside of UCLA Campus. On the way back I stayed left too long and would up on the wrong street! That detour added an extra mile to my run! I won't complain about it, I still made it to work on time! :-) I had some stretches when I felt better than others, and I also had a little "competition" as there were other runners on this course as well.
