I'm starting to settle in to this new Morning Running schedule now! I got out the door at 6:30 am and felt great! Been so long since I kept a morning schedule for running and there's one thing I forgot about... how GREAT you feel during the rest of the workday!

I always feel better the rest of the day after my morning run. When I don't run in the morning it stresses me out.
