Relatively short distance, but reminder that how long a run is depends a lot on the mindset, this one actually seemed kind of long. Still, short enough to not need any fueling.

Funny you mention this. My 13 miler today was harder than my 20 and 22-milers! Taper is no joke. We ran similar pace - we must run together at some point!

alright Furman Intervals 6.87 mi 00:59 08:36 pace

    good 20 mi 02:48 08:24 pace

Can your pace get any more spot-on, Ed? Seriously. Nice work. Foam roll - it'll prob help loosen whatever is pulling on your knee.

Yeah, hoping that will do the trick, will work on it tonight. Paces were good because I was usually struggling at the end, going uphill, and just trying to make pace. :)
