  2. FIT
    good P90X - Core Synergistics 01:00

Still on that P90X recovery week. Back feeling better so not as many modifications as the other day. Feels like a light workout but still broke a good sweat.

  3. FIT
    good P90X - Stretch 01:00

First time doing the X-Stretch. Very good routine, I'll be doing more of it

  4. FIT
    alright P90X - Kenpo 00:47

Developed a crick in the neck last night while reading in bed, go ahead and laugh.... So right arm movement is limited, had to cut some punching sequences, modify others, but still got a bit sweaty.

  5. FIT
    good 01:00

More legwork, attempting to flush out this glute/hamstring soreness. Not a lot of luck, but still a good sweat.

  6. FIT
    alright P90X - Core Synergistics 01:00

Light week for P90, had to modify skip a few things due to nagging lower back, skipping towel jumps, modifying Dreya rolls and banana..

  7. FIT
    alright 01:00

Haven't used an elliptical since my pre-stress fracture days. Trying to work out the glute/hamstring soreness from yesterday's legs & back. Not much help there, but did seem to help ... read more

  8. RUN
good Mt Beauregard 7.03 mi 01:00 08:35 pace

Altered the normal course to tackle the hill of Beauregard Drive, other than that struggle, able to relax my mind and not focus on distance pace so much, which led to an easier run overall. Lower ... read more

  9. FIT
good P90X Back and Biceps, AbripperX 01:15

Still taking it easy, testing my lower back, avoiding too much strain on pull ups, generally going down a step on weights. No lower back pain, but really feeling tightness in legs/back during the ... read more

  11. RUN
    alright 6.44 mi 00:56 08:39 pace

Usual morning route with a sprint thrown in at the end. Tried my best getting the attention of a car looking left to turn right while I had pedestrian cross signal. Figured better to wait than ge... read more

  12. FIT
    good Yoga for Runners

More work on my back and remembering why I should never have stopped doing yoga. Poses with straight legs really accentuate the tightness in my back.

  13. swim
    good Neighborhood pool 1250 yd

Back has been aching a bit more so time for a pool workout. Started out with some 25's and 50's, working up to 100's and 150's.
Finished up with some 25 sprints at the end. ... read more

  14. I'm back :) Been on the fence for a while on when to return to the community, I think it may be a good time now. Getting some mojo back after a long post-marathon burnout. Unfortunately I ... read more

good Last long run of Marathon tra... 10 mi 01:20 08:01 pace

Relatively short distance, but reminder that how long a run is depends a lot on the mindset, this one actually seemed kind of long. Still, short enough to not need any fueling.

Funny you mention this. My 13 miler today was harder than my 20 and 22-milers! Taper is no joke. We ran similar pace - we must run together at some point!
