    Still on that P90X recovery week. Back feeling better so not as many modifications as the other day. Feels like a light workout but still broke a good sweat.

    Developed a crick in the neck last night while reading in bed, go ahead and laugh.... So right arm movement is limited, had to cut some punching sequences, modify others, but still got a bit sweaty.

      Maybe try the Core Synergistics? It uses lighter weights & focuses on strength with good core stabilization

      Funny you mention this. My 13 miler today was harder than my 20 and 22-milers! Taper is no joke. We ran similar pace - we must run together at some point!
