  1. 12/29-SUP surf outer reef session.

  2. 12/28-skated Banzai/surfed Puaena on the fish.

  3. AM surf in the backyard in some fun 4'-6' Hawaiian scale/mountain biked the cane fields with my favorite 9
    year old.

    good Cane fields-MTB 4 mi

    Took out my girl for the first time into some dirt fields. She loved it!

  5. Surfed 5-6' Hawaiian beauties in the backyard.
    Skated Pearl City skatepark.
    Stoked.

  6. SUP surfed Chocolates. Caught some waist to chest wedges into the river mouth. Crazy.

  7. Plenty of surf sessions on all manner of boards. Going to be doing some biking in the new year.

  9. 1 mile run around the neighborhood listening to Allman Bros. on the IPOD.

  10. Surfed 8'+ in the backyard on the 10' Gun. Sick AM session.
    8'-10' building survival surf at the same spot on the 8-6 in the PM.
    Quite a workout.

  11. SUPed x2 with 10'6" and 9'10" 2 days ago.
    Surfed building 6'+ Alii's with 7' sting yesterday.
    Today: Skated Banzai and did surf x-c workout:
    1-250 jump ropes
    2-3x10 med. ball jump squats

  12. Surfed 4' in the backyard with the performance 9'. Interesting mixed swell.
    Ran beach tempo sprints with Kat(x8).

  13. Light Plyo workout with Kat.
    1-squat jumps 2-box jumps 3-lateral box jumps 4-planks 5 stretching
    Researched "tempo" workout.

  14. Surfed 4-5 foot choppy Alii's.
    Vertical jump workout: depth jumps, jump rope, ab crunches.
