i realized i havent been tracking runs. time to get back on that...crazy eventful run. saw two accidents. tripped and almost bit it two times. all while rocking my new camelbak and falling more in love with it. i stopped to refill it once which means i drank 3 (?!) liters of water. dayuumm. all in all happy with the long slow run. the half is less than a month away!
