First run with the Vibram FiveFingers barefoot running shoes! Definitely a different experience, landing supinated on the midfoot, then pronating and springing off the ball of the foot and toes, rather than the heel-to-ball motion that we're used to. The calves and arches were a bit sore the next day, but I'd call it a successful experiment thus far! (plus they make you feel like a ninja!)
