    Ran with another mom while our girls were at swim practice. Underestimated how icy it would be plus it was dark so there was lots of shuffling going on. Still 40° out tonight so felt good!

    Nice morning for a run. Not too cold, not windy. Not much ice on the paths. Birds were out, even robins even though it is definitely NOT spring.

    Was endurance day so mainly just longer "pushes" on the treadmill but didn't really push it too much. Legs felt tight and I was tired from fighting this stupid cold.

    Sidewalks were snow covered ice so I had to walk in a lot of spots. Mostly stuck to the streets since they were more clear.
