    Was icy and wet out so did some shuffling but happy I was able to run with minimal walking. I feel really out of shape though.

    Well not my best but I knew it wouldn’t be. My legs were over running a while ago. I was just glad I made it through without any major pains. And behind my knee never hurt which was surprising!
