    Had my dad drop me off in town and ran back. Took a detour around Baker Lake. Ran 5x800 fast(er) to break it up and it was tiring!

    Parked at the Y where Addy was swimming, ran 3/4 mile to Orangetheory, did the workout which included 2.35 mile treadmill run with lots of incline, then ran more outside after to get to 5 total miles.
