    Kept up with everything except the burners, but really, I'm not convinced anyone could do the burners all the way through.

    Back after a day off for getting my eyes shot with lasers. Feel pretty guilty about skipping a day, but it is the rest week, so I think it's cool.

    Best job keeping up by far. Couldn't go straight through on the shoulder burners, but really no one on the video could, so I think it's cool. Kind of enjoy this workout.

    Not sure whose idea of 'recovery' this is, it's still a huge workout! Good time though. Different enough from the past one that I don't think I'll get too bored doing it for a week.

    Last workout of month one. Get an easier (supposedly) recovery week next week and then on to month two. Apparently month two is much harder... fun :)

    Pretty decent on the cardio portion, but the abs workout continues to kick my ass. Can't help thinking that I'd do better if it wasn't after 38 minutes of cardio.

    Didn't improve as much as I expected to, but it's only been 2 weeks. Definite improvement at the end of the test which hopefully means I'm building up some endurance.
