      Excellent run, Ian! Cool that you were with your boys. Good luck on the 20 this weekend!! I don't think I've really seen that distance raced before here in the States. I'm sure it's raced...just must be kind of rare.

    First run out after Sunday's big run. Took it easy and once I got going everything felt fine, The light drizzle was quite refreshing :)
