    good Short Army barrack run 4.1 mi 00:30 07:18 pace

    I dont like speed training but it has to be done once in a while, really chuffed with the pacing today and surprised with the min/mile pace. Haven't ran this fast for a while.

    First run out after Sunday's big run. Took it easy and once I got going everything felt fine, The light drizzle was quite refreshing :)
