Excellent run, Ian! Cool that you were with your boys. Good luck on the 20 this weekend!! I don't think I've really seen that distance raced before here in the States. I'm sure it's raced...just must be kind of rare.

Thanks Nik,Brian and Tanya :) Roger, little bite size flapjacks during the run, seem ok on the stomach. Fundraising is going to be a long hard process I feel!

Flapjacks? And you can chew them? Wow! I cannot eat Jelly Babies on a long run and have to spit their little bodies out if someone has handed me one!! good job you!
