    Rode the Trek with Hubs out to Hartman Creek and back through Rural. This was the first long ride on my new Trek...20 miles and into the wind!!! Love the new bike. Good ride dispite the wind.

    Went to gym...1/2 hour on the treadmill at 10 minute miles and 1 hour cardio fit class. Worked on the butt and arms tonight with 8 pound weights. Good workout.
