    Average pace an easy 8.5 mph, a little over 10 minute miles. Looking forward to the day when I can do 45 minutes at 15 mph. Of course, right now I just want to get up to 4 days a week. : )

      I've been reclaiming our backyard for 3 years now. It had not been attended in about 10 years and was covered in an intricate web of thorny vines, grapevines, invasive bushes and weeds, poison ivy, and more rocks than you can imagine. I uncovered an old lawnmower body today. Slowly, but surely I am making headway.
