    I was practically racing the guyon the treadmill next to me... I guess I made running look easy!

      Nice run. I'll bet it's scenic running on Roosevelt Island. I'm going to try that once of these days.

    My Trainer had me doing running drills on the treadmill. Sheesh sometimes I wish that man would just let me be when I run... Lol but I know it's for the best
