Good. The Doctor ordered zone 3 & 4 run.. Although the numbers didn't say so when I ran my hardest I was in zone 4. I definitely felt the difference between zone 2 @ 3. I'm using The new iSmoothrun IPhone app & Garmin 610 I will compare the status. The app allows me to post to training peaks & Daily mile it has a lot of functional features sorry android & windows phone users so far only iOS capable, Weather: 64 °F, 0mph N, 73%
