What an excellent run. I took 15 minutes off my last half marathon. It was a beautiful day for a run. I started off kind of overcast 60 degrees. The route was magnificent. My ipod nano died as soon as I got started and my garming 310xt was uncooperative the first mile me . As it turned out I was more focused on what I was doing without the nano. I also enjoyed the scenery more. You gotta love the Pacific Northwest in the summer.
