    Good long walk on a lovely day. My legs started hurting about 1.5 into this one, but I think thats to be expected between the hills, my work shoes, and my pace.

      Hooray! Way to be getting out there! Are you using the Couch to 5K program? It's more helpful to take walk breaks on a "schedule" than just walk when you get tired - better at building your endurance. Way to get back in the groove David!!

      Im not following any specific training schedule right now...just getting out when I can. Still learning to find my pace and rhythm, which seems to take almost a mile before I settle in to a comfortable, sustainable trot. Any tips for me? Posturing, breathing, etc?
