It was 88•, but felt like 95•. Was undecided about doing 1 or 2 miles until I got out there. Quickly decided to make it 1 mile. Hopefully I'll get plenty more MORNING miles starting this week.

went for a run between a light dinner and the sun going down. Lower body is sore from a couple of runs mixed with crossfit. Hope I can sleep well tonight. Ha.

Wanted to turn back after 0.15 due to slight twinge under left kneecap, but continued and it went away. Finished off the mile and had to get ready for work. Will try for a few more this evening
Felt better than I imagined. Now if I can just string 3 miles in a row...
After a day of being on the go, decided to hit the roads before dinner. Glad I did. Felt good. Very deserving of a shower now, ha!
