    6 miles in 95 degree heat.after a 15 mile day. Lots of walking and water stops. Yes it was stupid!

    Getting back into the long runs for another full.. Started early and was back at the house by 8:30AM The couch became my friend for the rest of the day.

    95 degrees and 50% humidity out so I decided to give the TM a go. Two fans, AC and a good movie helped!
