    Sluggish treadmill run. Legs were still sore from 10k but felt good to loosen them up.

    Legs felt heavy from tempo yesterday but the temp was perfect. Squeezed in a quick 10 minute arms workout at the gym around mile 3.

    1 mi w/u, 8:13, 8:14, 7:58, 8:04, 8:56, .8 c/d, Took awhile to warm up but miles 4-5 felt great. Mile 6 was junk, lots of slippery ice and stoplights. Overall a good run though!

    Felt as good as I could running 2 mi each way to the gym in freezing temps and slipping on ice and snow, with 6 treadmill miles sandwiched in. Got my fix of bad reality tv though!
