    Had a blast running the hills near my house. Ran to the walnut canyon reservoir, did a lap and a half their then ran back a totally different way through the hills. I was happy with run since I ran 16 miles yesterday. Tomorrow... weights.

    It is hot, hot, hot out there. 90 degrees according to my car. And that was in the shade. Really slow time. Mostly because I walked up all of the hills. Elevation gain 2,500 ft. Got to get started earlier tomorrow.
