      Yes. I went out at 4:30. I get up way too early everyday, but when you have small kids it's what you do. Maybe someday I can run later in the morning.

      I've started getting up around then the past couple weeks to get used to it and with DST coming soon but I can't seem to speed up faster then 8s. Which explains why I'm impressed with the early morning speed

      10 hours at KD is a workout itself, not to mention how brutal it was out this morning. Way to get at least a medium long run in, glad today is the last day of august.
