    Last Resonate 2014 run in Belgrade. Richard and I both felt leaden so this was more of a pootle than a run. But it was a lovely setting, Belgrade's beautiful.

      It might be the pauses - I don't stop my Garmin when we stop so my time will be longer and pace slower?
