Last Resonate 2014 run in Belgrade. Richard and I both felt leaden so this was more of a pootle than a run. But it was a lovely setting, Belgrade's beautiful.

If I'm going to stick to two runs a week then I need to resurrect my lunchtime run from work. Here goes.

Yay, two runs in the first post TechFest week

great Childerley run with Steve 6.48 km 00:40 09:57 pace

Just an out-and-back but beautiful - Childerley Hall looked great and although you can hear the A428 it feels remote

  15. RUN
alright Out towards Caldecote and back 3.46 km 00:23 10:40 pace

Strange - I thought I was being too lax by setting one run a week as a goal but even that's proving tricky! At least I'm still managing
