  1. No run yesterday because of work, and raining today. This is frustrating. I'll get a boxing workout in after work today, but might have to restart C25K next week.

    Did a tougher circuit today - stairs, boxing, leg raises, planks, squats, lunges, pushups. My abs are trembly. About time they did some work.
