"easy does it" run at the Y.
Nothing to report except that I feel much stronger than I did last week. Breathing was a breeze.
Listened to "Run Vegan Run" #39 podcast, the "Lost" episode. I was a little dismayed there was no Vegan theories of who the Man in Black is, or who the New "Others" are, but it was entertaining anyway.
