Treadmill run at the Employee Wellness Center.
quick stretching of calves, quads and IT and then off to work. Ran pretty consistently this week.

If I run tomorrow (plan to-that's six days running this week, despite having an annoying virus. Not the worst sickness by any means, just the most obnoxiously annoying. It's going around now.
