Sucky run. I was running on dead legs. I don't know if it was a sugar crash from holiday food, the rain that began at 3 miles, or my lack of sleep the night before, but I was NOT feeling this one. AT ALL. I hated the run. My legs felt heavy. My stomach was upset and distressed.
I was grateful that I had managed my schedule to fit in a 10 miler and only managed 4.3. I called it a day and hoping for better bounce back next wek.
Tomorrow I am going to New York with the family and not thinking about running until Monday.

Hey Chris don't be so hard on yourself. You ran 4.3 miles. That is awesome. And exciting your going to NYC! I will wave to you if I see you!!

Sorry to read about this one, Chris. Don't feel bad, though, as we all have them from time to time. I'll give you props for cutting it short instead of struggling through the whole thing and possibly making yourself sick and/or injured. Live to fight another day! You'll bounce back! Enjoy your trip & day off.
