SD run run at 5/2 run/walk split
hard. Had no idea it would take this long. I supposed the good news is I finished with fuel in the tank.
VERY challenging due to wind gusts of up to 20mph.
This region of CT got about 6" of snow yesterday. Roads were mostly slushy snow by mid-day but slow going in parts. I used a pair of Due North Rubber Ice cleats that worked well. First time using them and they added more friction to my feet, good in that it kept from slipping, but also added to the effort required to go foward.

I do not have Yaktrax yet but I am thinking of getting a pair. Today when I ran I almost slipped twice. I have a hard time running fast in these conditions so I slow it down and just try to stay upright! :O) I don't know how you did it today Chris!!! Just awesome!
