Week #2 of Training for 4 hr 15 minute Marine Corps Marathon is in full effect. #MCM09

6 easy miles planned today , but turned into 7. Felt good except for a little acid reflux. Perhaps the bit of bread with pb was the culprit-or the Hammer supplements taken with little water an hour beforehand.

Inserted six 10 second hill sprints up a moderate hill with :30 recovery in between.

Regardless, it was a fun run. Temps were cool and it felt good. Slow, but good.
