Good run. Honest effort. Going on 15 hours sleep last 3 nights. Had 16 oz of water but glad I decided to run 3 (2mile) loops instead of one big 6. I needed to hydrate along the way. My legs and lungs were burning a bit. I'm going to catch up on sleep tonight and tomorrow. No work until Saturday night. Race on Sunday.

Good job, Chris! I've been running low on sleep too - makes working out tough & it's so important to catch up. Enjoy your race this weekend!

Thanks guys. Had a good 8 hours last night and hopefully the same tonight. Brendan-funny you say that, I was just listening to the extra mile yesterday as well. we'll definitely need to hoist a glass in celebration following our 6th marathon. (if you can wait an hour or so at the finish line!

K-The race I'm doing is the Leprechaun 5 miler in Madison. From what i hear it's a nice flat 5 miler. I plan to run it as a progressive-slow at first and end at exhaustion pace.

Well you never know what that time difference might be, if at all. Good luck with the 5 miler - flat is nice. I like flat.
