2 days agoIt felt good to get outside though I was on the fence about it because it was so gray outside. Ultimately, I'm glad I did and ran faster as a result of the colder weather to keep warm.

Yay Chris, so happy you were able to get out there and get a run in. I love running rail trails. Awesome pace, I am lucky if I get under 10 minutes so am striving to get closer to your pace, but it aint easy!

4 days agoSounds like a good run. I remember the first time I ran 6 miles...it was because I was lost in a subdivision and was too cold if I walked, so I just kept running.
3 days agoThere is a brew pub being built in my town. Lots of new construction going around and businesses opening.
This might be a diversion!

3 days agodunno if the town clears it or nature but for some reason ours is in better shape usually than the ones in farmington/avon. been a while since i'm been to them though. I know for sure they don't plow those. You have those ponds and lakes tho Dena!

Glad you are feeling at least a little better Chris. If you have any nose spray use that and another thing I swear by is chicken soup with a little Korean chili paste in it. Heck even if its spicy you won't be able to tell as you have no taste buds. ;-). Believe me, I am the queen of sinus problems and this helps me a lot. Good job today!

Nice work! I'm starting to do crunches again. They are the thing I need to do most and also the least motivated to do.
