Great day. I did 10 sets of 6 pullups/chinups. Still in pursuit of doing 15 pullups in a row. I'm starting to feel the self pressure of hitting my weekly & monthly running goals, but I don't have long to go before the end of the year. I'd like to finish with at least 1500 miles for 2008.


Nice pace. I need to follow your example and do more core work.
