New Shoes blues.. had to stop jogging after about 3/8ths mile because right foot was uncomfortable in new show, at 1/2 mark started again, and was much better. Finished with a jog. Not as good as before, but steady. Steady.


Steady is always good. There's a time and a pace for everyone.
