    First full walk of 2012. Ankle felt good. Tried a little light jogging. Knees feeling the extra weight and the lack of exercise. But I feel really good. :):)

  4. I am now officially the heaviest I've been in almost a decade. Ugh. I set the goal of walking 500 miles this year. I *can* do that. :) Let's make 2012 an awesome year, my miler friends! :D

    It was long, and hot, and hilly, but very nice. Was glad when it was over though! Didn't aggravate injury, but i can still feel it. Iced after.

  12. After last night's run, I was feeling a little discomfort. Today, it's definitely discomfort. I think I pulled something, :/ going to take the weekend off, ice liberally, and hope it's mild.

    I would reckon I probably got a few miles in today-- including tossing my 100lb 8 year old over my shoulder and carrying him about 3/4 of a mile to keep him from going into the water (looooong story)

    I was dong the 2:30/2:30 split again. I didn't know if I could match my previous 8 minutes of continuous jogging, but I was determined to try. Nearly 12 and a half minutes. :D:D
