    Last real long run before Chicago. I fell apart a bit at mile 10/11, but luckily my friend egged me on, and I recovered and finished strong. At this point, I just need to keep my confidence up!

    (With 2:30 rest between each)
    This was my first real attempt at speed work and it was really hard. Def not a confidence building workout
