Met up with Joe B. in South Park for my weekly 15 mile medium long run. I have been running a lot of flatter routes lately so I decided to mix in some good hills today. Joe joined me for the first 12 miles which was a blessing. Running these long runs solo can be brutal. Nothing special about the run, just another solid MLR run.

That's what I generally find about these MLR runs - they are never that special, just need to get them done. But they (especially when done over and over and over) become special once race day comes.
