good Pan Handle Trail Shake Out 8 mi 00:57 07:07 pace

After a 10 hour ride home from Myrtle Beach I got a nice shake out run on the Pan Handle Trail. I got out at 10:30 and it was hot. I threw in 10 x 100 meter strides to get some turn over. Good to be home!
