I was able to get run #2 in with Joe B. after the storms rolled out. We ran up to Surfside Beach, SC. Perfect beach running with a nice cross breeze to keep it comfortable. Started with a 7:54 and ended with a a 7:10. Nothing like a good recovery double Monday.
