Today's run called for a 22 mile long run. This was my longest training run that I ever did. I ran the first 7 miles solo then met up with Aaron P H. for the last 15 mile. We kept things nice and easy and did not overdue it on the pace. We hit some good hills, including the climb from Southside into Oakland. Only three miles of the 22 were over 7:30 pace! My body is responding well to the Pfitzinger 18/85 plan. I am really enjoying this training cycle. (It does help being a teacher and having off for the summer)
