Woke up to a hard rain, but headed to the park to meet Joe B. and Mark W. for our bread n butter run. Mark dropped out due to a power outage, so that left me, Joey, and the rain for today's run. It was refreshing to run in the down pour. Unfortunately it only lasted about 4 miles of our 10 miles run and it heated up pretty quick once it stopped. My legs were extremely tight from last nights race but it felt good to hit some hills today. One week until I head to the Beach for my annual summer sea level training week!
Have a great weekend.

Man, I'll bet you could see the steam coming off the road after the rain once the sun cranked up a bit...sounds like fun today! Good work after your killah throwdown last night!

I thought you already went to the beach! Nice 10 Dave, I don't think there's anything worse than the sun coming out after some rain. Why am I sensing something big out of you this weekend? Maybe because we're on similar plans, I guess.
